Meet Lacy, Class of 2017!!

This pint size girl is full of fun!!  She brought along a close friend (who doubled as my assistant) and seeing them hangout reminded me of those good old high school times when you laugh together over random things like you seldom will again.  "Tears running down your face laughs" with one of your close friends is one of the best memories.  So. Much. Fun.

Despite the powerhouse wind we were battling (which actually helped cool us off), we got some fabulous shots!

We started out downtown at one of my fave spots for urban shots which includes
the Lamar building in the back ground (the penthouse was designed by I M Pei in 1976.  You're welcome :).  We got a surprise visit from Dad and snagged some shots with him and then headed over to the Savannah (river, that is).  We got some killer shots there as well.

Congratulations Lacy on your Senior Year!  Can you believe you're almost half way through it??  Savor these times, girl.  Do the fun stuff...enjoy the little things!  You'll have to grow up and adult in just a few short years, so make the most of these last months!  No regrets!

This is Holly! Class of 2017 graduate!!

Holly is one of those girls that just bubbles over with joy!  She's always smiling and everyone loves her!  It's easy to see why, because not only is she pretty on the outside, she has a pretty soul inside to match!

Holly has been swimming since she was a wee guppie and hopes to continue competitively in college.  We shot the first few on a gorgeous day at the pool where she lifeguards.  Looking back on these, I'm reminded how hot it was despite how gorgeous she looks and makes me appreciate this cooler fall weather ; )  The latter were shot in a natural setting and we snapped a few with her K9 family member, Piper!  I love the organic print on her romper and how well it blends with the surroundings :)  We finished the shoot with some "action" shots, trying to get a fun shot of her cooling off.  It wasn't easy and we tried until we were out of water but I think we got a keeper.

because I'm thinking about food!!

We shot these a while back at my favorite burger joint in Augusta, FARMHAUS.
If you haven't been, you MUST!   They have the BEST burgers, shakes & atmosphere in my unbiased opinion a la Anderson Cooper.  At least the original spot does as I haven't been to the Evans location, although I hear good things.  

Corinne is a fan, as well, so we decided to order to go on our way downtown to shoot her senior portraits and thought, why not?
